Terms of Engagement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the REDFERN KITCHEN LTD portal or utilizing our delivery services, you enter into a legally binding contract with us. These terms govern all aspects of our service delivery, from the moment an order is initiated to the point of consumption.

2. Service Provision & Performance

We guarantee that all meals produced at our Kenilworth facility meet or exceed UK Food Safety Standards. However, delivery times are estimates based on real-time traffic and weather conditions. REDFERN KITCHEN LTD reserves the right to cancel or postpone delivery in events of 'Force Majeure' (extreme weather, civil unrest, or catastrophic network failure).

3. Intellectual Property

The 'Redfern Protocol', our 'Bio-Logic' menu structures, and our proprietary logistics software are the exclusive intellectual property of REDFERN KITCHEN LTD. Any unauthorized replication of our branding or culinary systems will be met with rigorous legal action under UK IP law.

4. Liability Limitations

While we take extreme care with allergens, the Client acknowledges that our kitchens handle a wide variety of ingredients. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is capped at 100% of the value of the order in question.
